How to activate CD key on Steam?
- Go to http://store.steampowered.com/about/.
- Download and install Steam on your PC.
- After installed, launch the Steam client. Login to your account if you already have one or register a new account.
- Click "Add a game" in the bottom left corner, select "Activate a game on Steam..."
